English 101.0756 (45602): The Science of Wonder & Awe

This is an in-person course. We will meet 2 times each week.

  • in-person at LaGuardia on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

  • While this course will have some materials available on-line for study, you will need to arrange your schedule to be in class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is an in-person course and you will need to be intentionally and mindfully present in class. Class sessions and materials will not be recorded for in-person classes. Instead, you’ll work on developing a personal system for note-taking and studying.

Required Materials: None. We will be using free, online materials.

Digital Learning Platforms: CUNY Blackboard, Padlet, LaGuardia ePortfolio, Microsoft 365, all available for free through My LaGuardia. New to these tools? Attend one of Dr. Clark’s tech sessions the first week of classes for help navigating these resources.
